Service Plan
Before a product can be returned, you must contact DeLorme Support at 207-846-8900 to determine if a return is
necessary and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) tracking number.
You must provide the following information to obtain warranty service:
• A copy of the sales receipt from the original retailer
• The serial number of the device
• The RMA tracking number that you received when you called DeLorme
• Your return shipping address
• Your daytime telephone number
If you have contacted DeLorme Technical Support and have been instructed to send the device in for warranty service,
